Job summary

Stevenson Oaks in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support residents and the care team, aligning with ICARE values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

The LVN will provide nursing care, administer medications, supervise aides, and coordinate daily nursing activities in a faith-inspired, elder-centered senior living community at Stevenson Oaks.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas LVN license required.
• Knowledgeable of human development, including aging, and health problems confronting older persons.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work PRN.
• Direct and coordinate activities of aides.

We are currently seeking a LVN to:

• Must be able to work PRN


• $2 Shift differential for nights


• direct and coordinate activities of aides


• perform basic daily nursing functions


• issue proper medications


• meet the nursing needs of our residents in an efficient, economical, and caring manner- while maintaining high standards and quality care

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas LVN license required.

Training and Experience:

• Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
