Job description

Salary: $30 - $40 / hour

Location: Maxim Healthcare in Novato, Sonoma, and Santa Rosa is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders for each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
