Salary: $30 - $40 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Lincoln is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
