Ideal candidates hold a Texas LVN license with CPR certification and at least 2 years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or hospital settings.

Your Role

What We Need

• A valid LVN license in Texas.
• Over 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in hospice, home health, or hospitals.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable providing care in a private home setting.
