Nova Leap Home Health in Dallas is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate private-duty care in a home setting. You will work 12-hour shifts delivering one-on-one nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring client conditions with meticulous documentation.

Texas LVN license, 2+ years nursing experience (ideally hospice/home health), CPR certification, and reliability are required.

Your Role

• Provide complete care to clients during 12-hour shifts.

What We Need

• A valid LVN license in Texas.
• Over 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in hospice, home health, or hospitals.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable providing care in a private home setting.
