Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LVN program.
• Current, active LVN license in California.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong nursing knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily nursing activities and supervise CNAs.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality.
• Complete charting, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Report shifts activities and participate in QA programs.
