Community Memorial Healthcare seeks an experienced administrator to provide professional management of the clinical operations of the Centers for Family Health in Ventura, CA. You will support medical staff and coordinate patient care across departments.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians with procedures and shaping care plans, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and valid California LVN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Clinical experience in medical settings is preferred.

Position Overview

in support of the medical care as directed by staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of hospital. Assists physicians with procedures and coordinates patient care planning with other departments and centers.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Current California LVN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred

• Previous medical office, urgent care or clinical experience
• Knowledge of ICD10 and DNV
• Bilingual in Spanish
