Job summary

Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care, support resident well‑being, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care, supporting resident well-being, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
