Job summary

Concord Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis at our Concord Post Acute facility. The LVN will provide nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health in a supportive environment.
