Job summary

MemorialCare Health System is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for the OPSC Multispecialty Off-site clinics in Fountain Valley, CA. This full-time, dayshift LVN role offers a competitive pay range and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (taxable).

The LVN will provide safe, cost-effective patient care in an ambulatory setting, assist with data collection, and support care planning under physician or RN supervision. The position is based in Fountain Valley with Mon–Fri clinic hours.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in an outpatient setting or physician's office.
• Experience giving injections and drawing blood.
• Graduate from an accredited school or program of vocational nursing.
• Current California LVN licensure.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, cost-effective patient care using the nursing process within LVN scope.
• Assist in ambulatory care by collecting data and supporting the patient plan of care.
