Job summary

Copper Ridge Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure care quality and regulatory compliance while coordinating with other departments to maintain a safe, respectful resident environment.

The role requires current CA licensure, English proficiency, and the ability to lead a nursing team in a fast-paced long-term care setting. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in California.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Leadership and supervisory ability to manage nursing staff and maintain care quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Direct nursing staff to comply with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Plan and coordinate nursing services with other departments and participate in quality assurance.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents and participate in discharge planning.
