Job summary

JOURDANTON is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing care in a long-term care facility. You will guide CNAs, coordinate shifts, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies to maintain quality care.

The role requires a nursing degree or LPN/LVN credential, current Texas licensure, CPR, and strong leadership. You will participate in QA, discharge planning, and resident safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current unencumbered license to practice as LPN/LVN in Texas.
• Current CPR certification; PCC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate shifts, plan services, and supervise discharge planning.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and participate in QA activities.
• Review charts, orders, and medication administration for accuracy.
• Provide leadership and ensure warm, safe resident care environment.
