Job summary

JOURDANTON is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. The role ensures care quality in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor.

You will direct day-to-day nursing activities, ensure policy compliance, and maintain care plans, charts, and documentation while coordinating with other resident services for integrated care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Texas.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities by nursing assistants.
• Oversee nursing staff staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and QA program.
• Complete and review resident care plans and charts.
