Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. in Selma, CA seeks an LVN or LPT to provide direct nursing care to clients under physician orders and care standards. The role includes directing non-licensed staff and ensuring proper unit operation.

Requirements include California LVN/LPT licensure, CPR/First Aid, and ideally experience in mental health nursing. Full-time PM/NOC and on-call shifts with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Title:

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Job Duties:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: PM, NOC
• On-Call: PM, NOC

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in California as a LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:: $35 USD - $40.57 USD
