Crestwood is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our crisis stabilization unit in California. You will provide direct nursing care under physicians' orders and guide non-licensed staff in daily patient care within your scope of practice.

Full-time shifts include AM/PM options with weekend/overnight coverage. Crestwood offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current California licensure as LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients per physicians' orders and standards.

Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Job Duties: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.

Schedule:

Full-Time: AM/PM (PM Friday - Sunday, AM Monday)

Full-Time: PM/NOC (PM Monday - Wednesday, NOC Thursday & Friday)

Full-Time: NOC (Saturday - Wednesday)

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range: $34.50 - $39.99 USD
