Hello Nurse! We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with experience working in a treatment environment supporting individuals diagnosed with a chronic mental illness (ex: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD). As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be part of an amazing team of Behavioral Health Service Providers, Rehab Specialists, Therapists and Psychiatrists providing the highest level of outpatient treatment to this underserved population. To qualify for this position, you will need:
Your role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, rehab specialists and direct care staff to assist clients who are stepping down from higher levels of care into an open residential setting. As an LVN, you will work directly with clients who have stepped down after successfully completing treatment in inpatient treatment settings. You will help clients further stabilize on and adhere to their medication regimen while helping teach coping skills to help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and stabilize housing. The goal is to see clients through their individual recovery process and to celebrate graduations from treatment back to home counties, families, and friends.
This position is not responsible for daily administration of PO meds. As an LVN you will be:

The pay range assigned to this role is based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
