Job summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to provide direct nursing care in our California campus.

You will follow physicians' orders and lead non-licensed staff to deliver high-quality care within your scope of practice. The role supports on-call AM & NOC shifts, requires California licensure, CPR/First Aid, and preferred experience in mental health nursing.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians' orders and standards.
• Direct non-licensed personnel in delivering client care and operating the unit.
