Crestwood Center in Angwin, CA, seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to provide direct nursing care per physician orders. The role includes supervising non-licensed staff and ensuring quality client care within the unit's standards.

Candidates must hold California LVN or LPT licensure, have nursing theory knowledge, and be able to work cooperatively with a team. On-call shifts (AM/PM/NOC) are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $40 - $42.04 USD
