Qualifications

• United States Citizenship requirement and English proficiency as specified for VA direct patient care
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in a US state, territory, or DC
• Graduation from an approved practical/vocational nursing program (or equivalent)
• Basic nursing competencies and ability to perform care for adults across settings

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs, patient intake, and visit preparation
• Administer medications and vaccines per VA policies
• Conduct wound care, injections, EKGs, and specimen collection
• Document care in CPRS/Cerner Millennium and support care coordination
