Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in Flowood, Mississippi. The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the state, CPR certification, and a willingness to travel to all locations within Rankin County.

A minimum of one year of LVN/LPN experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed LVN or LPN in the state of operation.
• One year LVN/LPN work experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Document patient progress and nursing status changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Re-evaluate patient nursing needs and report to Case Manager.
• Counsel and instruct patients and families.
