Willow Park facility within Nexion Health, Inc. in Clifton, Texas is hiring an LVN/LPN for a full‑time role. Shifts include 6a‑2p, 2p‑10p, 10p‑6a with a Weekend Baylor plan; pay range $29.50-$31.50 per hour and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

You will deliver nursing care under supervision of an RN or DON, administer medications and treatments, and observe/respect changes in resident conditions while maintaining accurate documentation.

Formación

• LPN/LVN license required.
