Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Willow Park in Clifton, Texas. This full-time role offers a pay range of $36.00–$37.50 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts include 6a–2p, 2p–10p, 10p–6a, plus Baylor weekend coverage; 8- and 12-hour options available.

Requirements include an ADN or higher and RN licensure. Primary duties involve direct resident care, coordinating with physicians, and accurate documentation of care provided.

• Evaluates assigned patients, plans, implements, and documents nursing care.
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures; administers medications and treatments per policy.
• Assesses resident conditions, responds to clinical needs, and documents care accurately and timely.
