Job summary

Cedar Crest Hospital & Residential Treatment Center is hiring LVNs for night shift (7-7) on a full-time basis in Texas. Pay range is $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

The role focuses on nursing care within the LVN scope, documentation, patient safety, and collaboration with the care team to meet diverse patient needs. Responsibilities include monitoring health, administering basic care, communicating with patients and families, and maintaining reporting

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope and care plan objectives.
• Collaborate with nurses and doctors to meet patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, age and cultural needs.
• Document patient symptoms, responses and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide safe delivery of medications in accordance with policies and physician orders.
