Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation.
• Provide compassionate nursing care while following facility policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units to ensure quality patient care.
