Job summary

Tryfacta is seeking an LPN/LVN for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment with all shifts and a pay rate of $41–$45 per hour.

The position requires an active NY license, BLS, and COVID card, plus at least 1 year of LTC experience. You will administer medications, perform passes, monitor residents, document care, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
