About the Role:

• As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians.

• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality care and patient satisfaction.

• You will also be responsible for performing vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting any changes or concerns to the DON/ADON/Doctor

• You will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medications administered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians.

Requirements:

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas.

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients and equipment as needed.
