Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System invites qualified LVN candidates to join our Harbor Home Health team in the Waco area. This full-time outpatient LVN role focuses on delivering prescribed medical treatment and essential personal care to patients in their homes or care settings.

Texas-licensed LVNs with 1+ years of home health or hospice experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation are encouraged to apply. On-site schedule is typical with potential on-call scenarios.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in Texas is required.
• 1+ years LVN experience preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in home health, hospice, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
