Kaiser Permanente, Iris Medical Offices II - Admin, Moreno Valley, is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or provider. You will observe patients, transcribe orders, and assist with plans of care, while maintaining high standards of safety and patient dignity.

The role requires 12+ months of LVN experience, CA LVN license, and BLS certification.

Formación

• LVN direct patient care experience (12+ months) within the last 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse License (California) needed.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• IV Certification and Blood Withdrawal Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a RN or provider.
• Transcribe orders and follow policy.
• Administer medications per orders and standing orders.
• Assist with examinations and treatments.
• Observe patient condition and report findings to RN/physician.
• Answer calls and coordinate patient communication.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
