Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active LVN license in TX
• 2 years’ Long-Term Care experience preferred
• 6 months rehabilitative nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and a professional attitude
• Strong computer literacy: Outlook, Office, Internet

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision
• Follow residents' plan of care and physician orders
• Adhere to facility policies and nursing standards
• Protect resident privacy and report HIPAA concerns
• Make rounds to supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate nursing operations
