Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare at Bay City is seeking a dedicated LVN to join our team in Bay City, TX. You will provide direct nursing care under supervision, following the plan of care, and ensuring resident safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six (6) months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills, and a positive professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Deliver care to residents following the plan of care and physician orders.
• Adhere to facility policies and protect residents' privacy per regulations.
• Oversee nursing staff to maintain standards of care and procedures.
