Job summary

PACS Group at Crystal Ridge Care Center in Mississippi is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with applicable standards. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to plan and coordinate daily nursing services for residents.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, maintain an active license, and be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state with CPR certification.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff and coordinate care across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and facility policies.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Chart nursing notes, review orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in planning care plans, admissions, transfers, discharges, and quality assurance activities.
