Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home nursing care under the supervision of RNs and per physician orders. You will travel to patients' homes, deliver quality care, and support patient wellness and comfort.

Candidates must hold a Texas LVN license, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain reliable transportation. The role requires the ability to drive in all weather and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of employment.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians’ orders.
