Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in the home setting. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and ensure adherence to the physician's plan.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of nursing experience, a valid nursing license in the state, and demonstrates basic tech proficiency, including mobile device use. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year of licensed nursing experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional care.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services per physician orders and the established plan of care.
