Angels Care Home Health in Abilene, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program, two years LVN experience (home health preferred), current LVN license, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications
