Job summary

McClure Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time role. The position offers $35.00–$40.00 per hour depending on experience, with a DOE clause and comprehensive clinical teamwork.

Join our care team to provide compassionate, resident-centered care, administer treatments, and document care plans while working alongside CNAs, RNs, therapists, and physicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active California LVN/LPN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and in accordance with facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals promptly.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team.
• Support CNAs and other care team members.
• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
• Follow state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to resident outcomes.

• Current CPR certification preferred
