Maxim Healthcare in San Jose, CA is seeking a licensed vocational nurse to provide in-home, 1:1 nursing care. You will administer medications, monitor patients and coordinate with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans.

Flexible scheduling and the chance to impact patients and families directly with stable assignments and ongoing clinical support are offered.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
