Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is recruiting licensed vocational nurses to provide private duty, 1:1 home care in Los Gatos, CA. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans for adult and pediatric patients.

Flexible schedule including day, evening, and overnight shifts, full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with weekly pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
