Job summary

Epic Healthcare seeks an LVN Clinical Director to oversee daily nursing operations, medication administration, and staff supervision. You will coordinate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care in assisted living, senior care, home health, or outpatient settings.

You will lead the clinical team, audit EHRs, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff while maintaining open communication with interdisciplinary care teams and external regulators.

Qualifications

• Active, CA LVN license required.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with 1–2+ years in a supervisory role.
• CPR/BLS certification required; IV Therapy certification preferred/required by state.
• Strong clinical assessment, team scheduling, regulatory compliance, and EHR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care Oversight: Manage daily nursing workflows, update patient care plans, monitor health changes, and audit EHR.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and care staff; conduct performance reviews and competency checks.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with state licensing, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards; lead survey and inspection preparations.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
