Apploi is seeking an LVN Clinical Director to oversee daily nursing operations, manage medication administration, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in settings such as assisted living or home health.

The role partners with physicians and families, drives high-quality care, and leads the clinical team through audits and EHR management.

The LVN director will require active CA LVN license, 3+ years clinical experience, 1–2 years supervisory, CPR/BLS, and IV Therapy creds.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered state LVN license in California.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with 1–2+ years in a supervisory role.
• CPR/BLS certification; IV Therapy certification preferred or required by state.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations and update patient care plans.
• Lead nursing staff including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate communication with physicians, families, and care teams.
