Job summary

Apploi is seeking an LVN Clinical Director to oversee nursing operations, care delivery, and regulatory compliance within a senior care or related setting. The role leads the clinical team, ensures high-quality patient care, and serves as the primary liaison with physicians and families.

The position requires CA LVN licensure, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and CPR/BLS certification. IV Therapy certification may be preferred or required by the state.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CA LVN license.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with 1–2+ years in supervision.
• CPR/BLS certification; IV therapy certification preferred/required by state.
• Strong clinical assessment, scheduling, compliance, and EHR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing workflows and care plans.
• Lead and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and care staff; manage performance and staffing.
• Ensure licensing, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance; prepare for surveys.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
