Job summary

BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a private outpatient clinic on a full-time, hourly basis. You will assist with TMS treatments, handle insurance pre-authorizations, and support day-to-day clinic operations while providing patient care.

The role requires an active Texas LVN license, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license.
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance pre-authorizations is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with both patients and administrative tasks.
• Able to learn and operate specialized medical equipment.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with TMS treatments and operate TMS equipment according to training and clinic protocols.
• Prepare and monitor patients during treatments.
• Take and document vital signs and other required patient information.
• Complete insurance pre-authorizations and related documentation.
• Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
• Assist with patient scheduling and intake.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform general administrative and clinic support duties as needed.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
