Sundance Inn Health Center in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team full-time. You will oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, monitor conditions, and ensure care plans are implemented and medications administered as prescribed.

Qualifications

QualificationsResponsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements:
