Belmont Village Senior Living in Encinitas is seeking a part-time Charge Nurse who will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, and help ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead Caregivers and Medication Technicians, coordinate with practitioners, families, and team members to ensure timely clinical interventions.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, embracing hospitality and helping seniors thrive.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in California.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum one year of medication administration experience; supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families and team members.
• Oversee Medication Technicians and care providers to ensure care plans.
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict constructively.
• Update resident medical records and documentation.
