Belmont Village West Lake Hills seeks a Charge Nurse to administer medications, support wellness initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with quality monitoring. You will lead Caregivers and Medication Technicians, and communicate with physicians, families, and pharmacies to ensure timely clinical interventions.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and delivers exceptional hospitality to seniors.

Formación

• Active LVN or LPN license in the state of the community.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of medication administration experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Clear communication in verbal and written English.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on physicians orders and coordinate services with providers; report changes to physicians and families.
• Provide medication administration to residents as prescribed and document observations.
• Ensure care plans are followed by overseeing Medication Technicians and care providers.
• Make situational decisions and manage conflict constructively.
• Update resident medical records and incident reports.
