Job summary
Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse for The Villa at Mountain View in Dallas, TX. This full-time role offers a $5000 sign-on bonus for new hires and day shift responsibilities in skilled nursing.
You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, document assessments in the EMR, and ensure care plans are implemented per policies. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid LVN/LPN license.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Active LVN/LPN license.
- Ability to supervise CNA staff.
- Experience with EMR documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care within LVN/LPN scope.
- Observe and report patient conditions and document in EMR.
- Document EMR entries for assessments and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise CNA staff and ensure appropriate care delivery.
