Kingwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time LVN Charge Nurse to lead nursing care for residents overnight. You will maintain medication inventory, dispense meds, and document every care activity while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Avail 6p-6a shift with a $500 referral bonus and comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, life, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and daily pay; shift differential from 2p-10p enhances evening hours.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Willingness to work 6p-6a shift.
