Ridgewood at The Woodlands is hiring a full-time LVN Charge Nurse for 6p–6a shifts. You will maintain medication inventories, dispense medications, and document care for residents in a supportive skilled-nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas.

You will maintain the inventory of medication, dispense medications, and document all care given to residents.
