Job summary

Ridgewood at The Woodlands is seeking a full-time LVN Charge Nurse for the overnight shift (6pm–6am). You will manage medication inventories, dispense medications, and document all care provided to residents.

The facility offers comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, life and health insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and daily pay, with a shift differential from 2pm–10pm. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Requires LVN license to practice.
• Overnight shift experience is a plus.

• Maintain medication inventory and securely store meds.
• Dispense medications to residents per orders.
• Document all care and nursing actions in residents' records.
