Qualifications

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at least 1 year)
• Driver’s License or Passport Identification
• BLS (American Heart Association only)

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation to drive to work.
• Must have up-to-date vaccinations with documentation status or be willing to get a booster.
