• Must hold current LVN license.
• CPR certification required; 30 days to obtain.
• English language comprehension for verbal and written instructions.
• Clear communication with residents and team members.
• Preferred: 2 years of long-term care nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Review admissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise nursing services and set standards of care.
• Complete daily list and rounds on residents.
• Coach licensed nurses under charge.
• Direct infection prevention and control per regulations.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Assist in staffing plans and support attending physicians.
• Ensure Residents' Rights and safety compliance.
